About Bruce
A lifetime spent
with wood
Bruce started building furniture as a way to make something real with his hands. What began as weekend projects in a garage grew into a full-time craft — and eventually, a workshop on North 86th Street in Milwaukee.
Every picnic table that leaves his shop carries the same standard: it must be something he'd be proud to have in his own yard. That means solid hardwood, joinery that won't rattle loose, and a finish that welcomes the elements instead of fleeing from them.
He's built tables for backyards, parks, churches, and community centers across southeastern Wisconsin. Some have stood for over a decade. He still gets letters about them.
